We designed this seven-bedroom home to remind the clients of an historic house once in their family. It combines a traditional look with a modern lifestyle.
Although we initially designed it for standard construction, the clients chose a modular builder, Goscobec of Quebec, Canada.
Plans needed only slight modification to suit this factory method of building.
The clients were able to move into their new home just two and a half months after the plans were submitted to the builder!
The result:
A large, 4000-square-foot house, low cost, and happy clients.
